CARD BIN CHECKER
Detect Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover rules, run Luhn, and consult a static local BIN snapshot—without a third-party card API.
READY FOR CARD DIGITS.
Check scheme rules, the Luhn checksum, and the local BIN snapshot. Results always mask the middle digits.
FAQ
Does this checker contact a BIN lookup company?
No. Scheme and Luhn checks run locally, and issuer metadata comes only from NeoBankDude's small static R2 registry.
Does a Luhn pass mean a card is active?
No. It means the digits satisfy a checksum. It does not verify an issuer account, available balance, ownership, or authorization.
Is my complete card number displayed or logged?
The result masks everything except the first six and last four digits. The client island makes no network request and the server fallback never logs the submitted PAN.
