Scam-warning policy
Warnings are typed as regulator warnings, unverified user reports, or confirmed fraud. Every published entry needs sources; confirmed-fraud wording needs a court or regulator source.
Retractions and right of reply
Retracted warnings stay visible with the reason. Named entities may reply at trust@neobankdude.com; responses are appended in full.
Community moderation
User reviews and scam reports are private pending moderation. Money claims require evidence. Reporter email is never public.
